FOR CRUST
60 gram Graham Crumbs
22 gram Butter, melted
FOR BATTER
190 gram Cream Cheese, room temperature
65 gram Granulated Sugar
1 Jumbo Eggs
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1. Melt the butter, then combine with graham crumbs.
2. In 6” spring form pan, press the graham crumbs mixture into the bottom of the pan, bake for 8 minutes at 375’F
3. Mix cream cheese and sugar on low speed together till blended, scrape bowl.
4. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, waiting for each egg to be fully incorporated before adding more.
5. Add cornstarch till blended and scrape sides of mixing bowl.
6. Pour the batter into spring form pan lined with baked graham crumbs, wrap the bottom and side of the pan with aluminum foil
7. In a hotel pan, pour warm water to halfway up the sides of the pan, and place the batter-filled pan in it.
8. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 375’F.
9 . Decorate the cake with jam, curd, fruits and/ or whipped cream as you wish.
Note:
* Make sure wrap aluminum foil carefully so that water can not leak into
* If you do not have a hotel pan, you can use a baking pan that is deeper and bigger than 6" spring foam pan.
