Bread recipe (yield: 2 loaves)
Bread flour: 500g
Salt: 10g
Sugar: 25g Instant yeast: 10g
Unsalted butter, softened in room temperature: 30g
Eggs, beaten: 2
Warm milk: 50ml
Cool water: 180ml ( you may need more or less depending on your flour)
