Ingredients:
Egg whites: 2 (about 60g)
Icing sugar: 454g
Lemon juice: 1tsp
Method:
Whisk egg white on high until bubbles start forming on the surface (about few seconds)
Add in icing sugar and lemon juice, switch to paddle attachment, mix on medium speed (4-6 speed) for about 10-15 minutes.
Note:
After mixing, the icing should be covered in a damp cloth if being used and well - covered with cling film if being stored.
