Yield: 270g
Ingredient:
180g Wholesome Heart Snack Mix (Cranberries, Pumpkin seed, Almonds, Cashew, Walnut) or any nuts/dry fruits of your choice, finely chopped.
2 tsp of White Sesame
1 Lemon Zest
1/8 tsp Five-spice Powder
10ml Mui Kwe Lu wine (or Vodka with cinnamon powder if you cannot find it)
20g Cooked Glutinous Rice Flour
40ml Water
Method:
In a small bowl, add in lemon zest, wine, five-spice powder, water and cooked glutinous rice flour together. Mix well.
In a big bowl filled with mix nut and white sesame, slowly add the wet mixture (step 1) into dry mixture, add in mix well.
Transfer to a saucepan, over medium heat, mix until it reach desired consistency. For mooncake filling consistency, it will be about 10 minutes.
