What you need:
Vietnamese rice paper: 4-5 pcs, I use brand Bamboo Tree or Double Parrot.
Parchment paper
Baking spray and brush (optional): this is to create flossy finish
Make up sponge or deep plate filled with water that can fit the whole rice paper.
6" frosted cake
Butter cream to attach sails onto the cake.
Notes:
Shape the sails into desirable shapes when they are still wet.
Once dry, rice paper sails become brittle, so it's good to make some extra pieces just in case.
Air dry for at least 4 hours or over night before use.
