100g gum paste (more or less depend on petal size and thickness)
500g Fondant (350g for cake, 150g for cake board and decoration)
6" cake (with about 4" height)
Cornstarch or powdered sugar
Shortening or royal icing
Water

Note:
Make sure working surfaces are clean, dry and smooth.
Using cornstarch or powdered sugar to dust your work surface is a personal preference. Cornstarch will dry out fondant so never knee cornstarch into your fondant. Cornstarch can be helpful during humid weather.
Powdered sugar is preferable for dusting work surfaces when using a dense, dry or colored fondant.
